Back 4 Blood is the forthcoming co-op zombie shooter from Turtle Rock Studios that is essentially Left 4 Dead 3 in all but name. It’s hardly the most innovative gaming concept ever, but if you’ve been craving a new round of zombie-slaying action, it may be just what you’re looking for.
But first, you’ll need to determine whether your PC is powerful enough to handle the task. The good news is that “probably” is the answer to that question. These days, the minimal need is very modest, and the suggested isn’t much more than that. Let us have a look:

The GTX 970 in “recommended” spec is a bit surprising given its age (the 1050 Ti isn’t exactly fresh hotness either, but it recently experienced a bit of a return due to a scarcity of newer technology). However, as several people pointed out in Twitter comments, the 970 was a top-tier card when it was released and remains a solid unit to this day. More importantly, it means that even mid-range gaming PCs should be able to run Back 4 Blood with ease.
Back 4 Blood will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store on October 12, but you can have it a few days earlier—October 7—if you are pre-order.
