Avalanche Studios, the developers of Mad Max, Rage 2, and Just Cause, is working on a new co-op open-world game. While no gameplay was shown, a brief teaser video appeared at Microsoft’s Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, taking us on a tour of a messy warehouse.
We observe a dirty automobile, rubbish all over the place, and what appears to be intentions to steal a gold chest. Contraband is described as a “co-op smuggler’s paradise set in the imaginary realm of 1970s Bayan” in the YouTube description.
It’s an Xbox exclusive, available on Gamepass from the start, and, of course, coming to PC. There was no mention of a release date.
