Pull off a radioactive heist in Chernobylite’s finale.

During the PC Gaming Show, we got a new peek at the first-person survival-horror RPG Chernobylite, featuring a first look at the robbery it all works up to—getting past an invading military force to steal into the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. You’ve come to find out what happened to your beloved Tatyana, but the rest of your team has their own motives for being there.

These reasons might be related to the enigmatic green mineral known as chernobylite, a deadly but profitable leftover of the historical Chernobyl tragedy that has drawn individuals to the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. Chernobylite maybe science fiction, but creators Farm 51 utilized real-world scans to create a precise 3D model of the Zone, which we’ll be exploring and sidequests through while assembling our crew and constructing a base to house them.

In the teaser, there’s also a glimpse at base-building, which entails making furnishings like cosy couches and stools for the companions to relax on as they analyse evidence on the conspiracy wall and plot the ultimate robbery. After all, an NPC isn’t only for Christmas, and you’ll need to feed and walk them, as well as provide beds and weapons to keep them safe from the horrors of the Zone.

Chernobylite is now available in Early Access, with a full release date of July 28 on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
