Frontier Developments has collaborated with Complex Games and Games Workshop on Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters, a new turn-based tactical RPG set in the Warhammer 40K universe that was showcased at the PC Gaming Show.
Players will command the renowned Grey Knights against the forces of Chaos as they battle a galaxy-wide scheme to infect worlds with a cosmic sickness. It’s a story almost as ancient as the Imperium of Man itself, but this one has a twist: Aaron Dembski-Bowden, the author of several Warhammer 40K books, wrote it.
Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters is set to release on Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2022. The “full cinematic announcement” is due in August, but in the meanwhile, you can keep up with what’s going on at chaosgate.com.
